The Gassl Bräu inn in Klausen is a cozy brewery restaurant with its own in-house craft brewery. In the traditional copper kettles, high-quality craft beers are brewed – from classic lagers to seasonal specialties such as chestnut beer or Christmas beer. Typical South Tyrolean dishes are served in a rustic atmosphere, either inside the charming Künstlerstübele or outside in the beer garden.
