Isarco Valley wine PART OF OUR DNA
Fresh wines with vibrant depth. A true delight for wine lovers.
They place their trust in origin, in style and in what ultimately matters most: character. The winegrowers of the Isarco Valley live for their grapes and craft exceptional wines. The landscape defines the vines - and the vines shape the landscape in return. Sunny, sometimes steep slopes rise from 500 to 1,000 metres above sea level, surrounding the town and stretching further up the mountainsides. Isarco Valley wine is a cultural treasure - and much more than that. It is part of our DNA.
OUR Terroir
Where the taste of our valley takes root
When people speak of a wine’s character, they are essentially referring to its terroir - the complex interplay of soil, climate and, above all, the people behind it. Moraine deposits and Dolomite limestone, slate and quartzite form the foundation. Warm days and cool nights give the grapes their vibrant acidity and intense aromas. And then there is the signature of the winegrowers themselves.
Our Winegrowers
The people behind the wine
Confident - that’s how we would describe our winegrowers. Many of their vineyards have been tended for generations, close to nature and shaped by skilled handwork. They know their vines, their soils and their craft. Experience forms the foundation of their work in the cellar, while fresh ideas and a spirit of innovation lead the way into the future. The wines speak for themselves. A test of maturity? Passed.
Simply Exceptional
Small region, great impact
South Tyrol is one of the smallest wine-growing regions in Italy - and one of the finest. Isarco Valley wine? Something truly exclusive. When Falstaff, Gambero Rosso, Wine Spectator, Slow Wine or Robert Parker publish their ratings, our wines regularly rank among the best. A wonderful recognition of the dedication that goes into every single bottle. And proof that focusing on quality is always worth it.
our wines
Where sunshine meets freshness
Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Müller-Thurgau - and of course Isarco Valley Sylvaner and Kerner. Here, it is white wines that set the tone. In Italy’s northernmost wine-growing region, with its sandy and mineral-rich soils around Brixen, Neustift, Klausen, Feldthurns, Villanders, Schabs and Vahrn, the conditions are perfect for fruity, vibrant wines. And for those who want to do more than simply enjoy the wines, tastings offer fascinating insights into the world of these remarkable grapes.
