It is a precious habitat, home to both people and wildlife – a place where we can breathe deeply and reconnect with ourselves. And it is exactly this space we want to protect. How, you might ask?
Kuenhof was mentioned for the first time in the 12th century. It was then owned by the Bishop of Bressanone. The Wine Estate is located south of Bressanone, embedded in the vineyards and near the Brenner corridor.
From the very first years as winegrowers we wanted a sustainable agriculture. Our purpose is a balanced symbiosis between human being, cultivated plants and nature. This accompanies the grape from the vineyard to the cellar.
Our grapes grow at an altitude of 550 to 890 metres (1,800 to 2,900 feet) in the beautiful Valle Isarco. The terraced vineyards are mostly steep slopes.
