We delight our guests with our delicious dishes inspired from the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean influence, consisting mainly of our high quality agricultural products.
You can fish yourself trout and rainbow trout in our natural pond.
The meat and the milk from our cows, calves and sheep that spend the whole summer on the mountain pasture, is healthy and very tasty.
Fresh salads and all kind of vegetables and fruit come directly from our garden.
The remaining milk is processed within our farm to tasty cheese specialities.
