Start at the Sonnberg parking lot and follow the ascending trail, passing the Raffalt Alm (no refreshments) until you reach the Engl Alm (not managed). Continue east along the Alpenrosen Trail to the Gols viewpoint, where our “Vitamin D Stations” invite you to take a relaxing break.
From here, head to the Astner Bergalm, a perfect spot for refreshments. The descent leads you through the Winnebach Valley and then onto Trail No. 5 (up to Alpegger Alm), and finally along the panoramic path back to your starting point.
