Start at the Sonnberg parking lot and follow the uphill trail past the Raffalt Alm, where no refreshments are available, to the unmanaged Engl Alm. From there, continue east along the Alpine Rose Trail to the Gols panoramic viewpoint, where the “Vitamin D charging stations” provide a place to rest.
Then follow the trail to the Astner Bergalm, where refreshments are available. The descent leads through the Winnebachtal and continues along trail no. 5 to the Alpeggerhof. Finally, follow the panoramic trail back to the starting point.
