From the parking area "Winnebachtal/Val Vena" you hike belong the mark 23 trought the valley to the hut "Astnerbergalm". After the hut the path gets a little bit steeper, but after the little waterfall begins the comfortable part of the tour, which will bring you to the hut and lake "Tiefrasten".
