The hiking trails lead through gentle meadow pastures, past the famous earthen pyramids and up to the Alpine pastures with their cosy Alpine lodges (Almhütten) for a brief stop. The nearby Monti di Fundres is famous for numerous, spectacular summit tours and lodge trails, where you are sure to encounter many calm mountain lakes.
