What does „upcycling” actually mean?
Upcycling is taking an item that is no longer needed or wanted and giving it a new life as something that is useful and creative and therefore of higher quality and value than mere recycling.
Hence WIANUI sees itself as a way of living which is less heavy on our resources, more in harmony with our environment and is in contrast to the way our society acts by throwing away everything.
