Our guesthouse opened in 1969 and was named after this grape variety. As pioneers of the variety, our father and grandfather cultivated it on the slopes of Kranebitt and Neustift. Since then it has become one of the most highly valued wines in the Eisack Valley.
The hiking trail leads directly from Raas through the vineyards to Neustift Monastery and then continues on to Brixen.
