It is a precious habitat, home to both people and wildlife – a place where we can breathe deeply and reconnect with ourselves. And it is exactly this space we want to protect. How, you might ask?
Cardboard: corrugated cardboard, cardboard boxes of all kinds (cardboard must be clean and free of any adhesive tape, polystyrene or cellophane). Paper and Tetra Pak: used and clean paper and Tetra Pak, newspapers, magazines, catalogues, leaflets (not laminated), exercise books, books, envelopes, writing paper, sheets, bags, glossy paper. Plastic: liquid containers up to 10 litres, containers marked PP and PS, PET bottles. Metals: aluminium cans, metal items, spray cans; aluminium combined with other non-metallic materials (e.g. soup and ready-meal pouches, sauces and coffee) must not be handed in.
New collection for plastic packaging – please collect bottles such as those for detergents, soaps, household and personal hygiene products, cosmetics, distilled water and liquids in general, as well as syrups, creams, sauces, yoghurt - carrier bags from shops and supermarkets - transparent plastic trays and packaging for fresh food, e.g. cold cuts, cheese, fresh pasta, fruit, vegetables, etc. - egg trays (if made of plastic) - plastic tubs or pots for ice cream, yoghurt, cream cheese, desserts - rigid packaging for confectionery - food trays and small packaging in general made of expanded polystyrene - bags and sacks for foodstuffs in general, for example for pasta, rice, crisps, savoury snacks, sweets, frozen foods, etc. - packaging film and bubble wrap (e.g. for packaging of household appliances, furniture, gift boxes, sports equipment, etc.) - plastic plant pots (up to 5 litres) - plastic tableware (free of food residues), e.g. disposable plastic plates, cutlery and cups. Garden cuttings and clippings (prunings from bushes, trees, leaves, grass, flowers and garden clippings (without soil)).
TOYS, TABLES, CHAIRS AND OTHER PLASTIC ITEMS NOT INTENDED FOR PACKAGING ARE NOT COLLECTED.
