Whether as a digestif or for toasting and celebrating with your friends, the home-distilled schnapps from Pschnickerhof is always a hit!
In addition to wine, speck, juices, and all kinds of other homemade specialties, we at Pschnickerhof also offer our own home-distilled spirits and liqueurs. The distillery is run entirely by the junior owner Daniel, who—through hard work, ambition, and passion—keeps creating new varieties straight from the still.
Our most popular South Tyrolean schnapps varieties are: Williams pear, raspberry, grape pomace (also popularly known as “VW” = Villanders Whisky), walnut, apple, elderflower, quince, strawberry, and apricot. All of our schnapps can be purchased either directly at the farm or at the weekly farmers’ market in Klausen, held every Thursday.
