On 26 September, 3 October and 10 October 2026, each time at 6:00 pm, you can enjoy a wine tasting by the natural swimming pond, with selected South Tyrolean winemakers personally presenting their wines. Afterwards, a 4-course surprise menu with wine pairing will be served at Restaurant Eggile. Guests include Kellerei Girlan on 26 September, Manincor Winery from Caldaro/Kaltern on 3 October and Köfererhof Winery from Novacella/Neustift on 10 October. Participation costs €118.00 per person.
