Cancellation policies
Cancellation of a tour by Brixen Tourism can be done until 4:00 PM the day before. In this case, the participant will receive a 100% refund of the costs. If cancellation by the participant or withdrawal from the tour occurs after 4:00 PM, the costs will be entirely borne by the participant.
In case of no-show by the participant for a booked offer, no other offer can be taken up or refunded.
Reservations can be changed until 2:00 PM the day before.
