Törggelen season in the Isarco Valley – the fifth season of the year! Our hiking guide Helena takes us through the chestnut village of Feldthurns to a traditional South Tyrolean farm tavern. There, we enjoy farm-produced specialties and experience the autumn atmosphere of the beloved South Tyrolean tradition of Törggelen.
Walking time: 2 - 2.5 hours, easy hike.
Route
By bus: route no. 343 from Klausen – stop at the tourist information office; route no. 342 from Brixen – stop at Velthurns Castle, a few minutes’ walk from the tourist information office in the village centre.
By car: from Klausen (7 km) or from Brixen (8 km) to the village centre. Car parks are located in the immediate vicinity.
