The tour takes you to the lively town of Bruneck on the Rienz River, considered the heart of the Pustertal Valley. After a short stop, you return to Mühlbach along an alternative route with the next stop at the Capriz show dairy. Here, you can join a guided tour of the cheese museum followed by a tasting of soft and semi-hard cheeses made from 100% South Tyrolean goat’s and cow’s milk.
