When light meets water, something magical happens. Familiar places, seen from a new perspective.
Water is life - and in Brixen, it has always played a special role. Since 2017, the Water Light Festival has been telling this story in a truly unique way. Under the motto “Water is life - Light is art”, local and international artists transform cultural landmarks such as the cathedral, as well as historic squares and fountains, into a world of light and water. An artistic trail that reveals Brixen in a new light and invites a deeper awareness of water as a precious resource.
