You start at the parking lot near the Fane Alm and climb steadily through the “Schramme” rocky gorge to the Brixner Hütte at 2,282 metres. Here, you can take a short break before following the trail towards the Wurmaulspitze. The route becomes more demanding and leads through alpine terrain to the summit at 3,022 metres. From the top, you can enjoy extensive panoramic views.
The return follows the same route past the Brixner Hütte and Fane Alm back to the car park.
