The winter hike to Mosereck is a relaxed route in Terenten. The trail leads through the winter landscape, past the earth pyramids and to sunny resting spots. The hike is suitable if you want to combine peaceful surroundings with exercise in the snow.
The winter hike starts in the village centre of Terenten. From there, follow the signs for the Mills Trail northwards. The route leads past the earth pyramids and historic mills to the parking area above the mills.
Continue for a short section along the paved road, then turn onto the groomed forest road marked no. 8B. The trail climbs steadily through the snow-covered landscape to Moseralm, an unmanaged alpine hut.
Once there, you can take a break on the natural sun terraces and enjoy the peaceful winter surroundings. The route is also suitable for tobogganing and offers winter fun for the whole family.
