It is a precious habitat, home to both people and wildlife – a place where we can breathe deeply and reconnect with ourselves. And it is exactly this space we want to protect. How, you might ask?
This hike combines the historic surroundings of Klausen with local culinary traditions and traditional Törggelen establishments. Along the route, you can enjoy views of Säben Monastery and discover South Tyrolean flavours with typical products, regional specialities and selected wines.
From Tinneplatz in Klausen, follow the Säben Promenade to Säben Monastery. Continue to Pardell and the Obergostnerhof. The route then leads to the Törggelen farm Moar zu Viersch and along trail no. 3 to Hienghof. The path descends to the Spitalerhof winery and hotel and continues to the Eisacktal Winery. Return to the starting point afterwards.
