The starting point of the hike is the parking lot in the village centre of Terenten. From there, follow the trail into the Mill Valley. Above the mills, a forest road (no. 8A) begins and climbs gently to the clearing at Golsplatz. Alternatively, you can take a footpath through the forest. Golsplatz is one of the natural sun terraces in Terenten.
Here, you can enjoy the sunshine and the wide panoramic views of the Dolomites while topping up your vitamin D. Return along the same route. The hike ends back at the parking lot in the village centre of Terenten.
