From the village centre, the route first passes Schloss Velthurns and continues towards Schnauderer Straße. After around 100 m, turn right onto the Chestnut Trail, which offers wonderful panoramic views of the Geisler peaks. Following trail marker no. 12A, you reach Schnauders (1,035 m) and continue along the Panorama Trail to Glangerhof (1,005 m), with refreshments available on request and a wildlife enclosure. After a short break, the trail continues to Kloasnerhof with the Troger plague painting, then returns to the starting point via the hamlet of Guln.
The hike is easily accessible by public transport: from Klausen, bus no. 343 takes you to Feldthurns, while bus no. 342 connects Brixen with Feldthurns.
Leave the motorway at the Klausen/Chiusa exit. At the first roundabout, take the first exit, and at the next roundabout, take the second exit. Continue along the road for a few metres, then turn right towards Feldthurns. Follow the road to Feldthurns.
At the entrance to the village, free parking is available on both the left-hand side (next to the fire station) and the right-hand side (next to the recycling centre). There is also a paid parking garage located right next to them.
