The starting point of the hike is Mühlbach train station. From there, follow the cycle path along Trail No. 10 towards Vintl. About 500 metres after the Mühlbach Gorge, you reach a small bridge over the Rienz River. Cross the river and continue back to Mühlbach on the shaded forest trail No. 10A. Please note that a short section of the return route follows the road. The hike ends back at Mühlbach train station.
