This pleasant hike leads from Margen through peaceful countryside to the Lechnerhof farmhouse inn. Along the way, you pass the Church of St. Margaret and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
The hike starts at the Margen parking lot. From there, pass the Church of St. Margaret and follow Trail No. 16 to the junction for Talson. Here, turn onto the Talson road, which leads directly to the Lechnerhof farmhouse inn. Along the way, you hike through the peaceful countryside surrounding Margen. Return along the same route to the Margen parking lot, where the hike ends.

By train or bus (no. 401) to Vandoies. From Vandoies take the bus (no. 421) to Terento.
How to get there
From Mühlbach, follow the SS49 Puster Valley Road to Vintl. There, turn onto the LS40 provincial road towards Terenten. Continue along the road to the junction for Margen, then follow the road to the parking lot.
