This section of the Chestnut Trail leads from Feldthurns across its sunny mid-mountain terrace to Verdings. Along the way, chestnut groves, meadows, scenic views, cultural highlights and cosy inns await.
Starting at St. Anthony's Church in Feldthurns, follow the Chestnut Trail towards Pardell as far as Moar zu Viersch. Turn right onto trail no. 3 to Verdings. Return along trail no. 1B through picturesque chestnut groves to Feldthurns.

How to get there
Take the Klausen motorway exit. At the first roundabout take the first exit, and at the second roundabout take the second exit. Then turn right towards Feldthurns and continue to the village. At the village entrance, there is a free car park on the left next to the fire station and another on the right by the recycling centre. A paid underground car park is located right beside them.
