It is a precious habitat, home to both people and wildlife – a place where we can breathe deeply and reconnect with ourselves. And it is exactly this space we want to protect. How, you might ask?
Especially in spring and autumn, Feldthurns and its surroundings are highly recommended as a hiking area. The widely known chestnut trail ("Keschtnweg") finds its origin in this picturesque village.
From Feldthurns the hike leads along the chestnut trail to Pardell and further to the Säbener Hof . Here you follow path no. 3A to Hienghof and finally the wine trail in the opposite direction to the crossroad with path no. 15 which leads back to the center of Feldthurns.
